Aside from e-mails regarding Store orders, I will not respond to questions asking me to send items through the mail. Thank you for your understanding and I look forward to hearing from you!
I wrote this in the FAQ, but I’ll write again here. I can’t diagnose complex rig problems or discuss elaborate setup routings via email. It’s just not practical given the amount of research and trial and error it requires. The best thing to do in those cases is to schedule a private session with me where we can give your rig the proper attention it deserves.
